The app turns a set of business assumptions into a structured 12-month rolling cash flow forecast. Users enter general assumptions such as the business name, currency, start month and opening cash, receivables and payables, then define their revenue streams with monthly volumes, unit pricing, cash and credit terms and variable costs per unit, their staff and operating costs, and other cash flows including tax, capital expenditure, loan drawdowns and repayments, share capital and dividends.

Cash Projection Pro automatically builds month-by-month cash flow projections and presents them in a professional reporting structure, including:

  • Month-by-month cash inflows and outflows across the full 12-month horizon
  • Closing cash balance for each month, so you can see where your cash position is heading
  • Operating, investing and financing cash flows, presented in a full cash flow statement
  • Category drill-down on any statement line, showing the individual breakdown by month
  • Dashboard charts and key metrics, including revenue, costs and net cash movement
  • One-click export of the cash flow statement and charts to PDF or Excel
